Project registered for the new construction of 12 terraced houses within a subsidized housing plan

Villas designed with a focus on sustainability, to reduce environmental impact and improve the quality of life. Particular attention is given to minimizing the consumption of primary resources, such as water and energy. To optimize energy savings, the project includes the use of geothermal energy, high insulation of the building and a design that maximizes the use of natural light, through the orientation and shape of the buildings. Water savings are guaranteed by the installation of dual water systems and tanks for collecting rainwater. The design of the 12 villas therefore aims to combine sustainability and efficiency, with a construction cost compliant with the economic parameters set by the Plan for Subsidized Housing.
